What is the Pink Patch?
The Pink patch is manufactured in the USA and sold through via CYC Marketing who are registered in the UK.
Originally heavily marketed on Facebook and other social media sites, the Pink Patch came under fire recently when one of it online adverts was banned by the Advertising Standards Authority.
The ASA stated that CYC Marketing falsely claimed that users of the Pink Patch could expect to lose a stone in just two weeks.
Due to the lack of any clinical evidence or scientific proof to back up this claim, the advert was promptly removed.
However despite the ban, the Pink Patch still uses questionable advertising practices, and seems to target young girls with headlines such as "How to be the envy of every girl you know". It also features images of super thin teens (such as the picture above), some who look much younger than their intended "over 18" audience.
So does the Pink Patch work?
There is no real evidence that the Pink Patch actually works as an effective appetite suppressant. A quick look at the ingredients reveals 8 herbal compounds, none of which appear to warrant the £35.95 price tag. Actual amounts of the ingredients used are not listed on the official website.

There are none mentioned on the website and a quick search online reveals only a few minor skin complaints. However, there are also very few reports of the pink patch actually doing anything at all!

Not enough medical evidence backing up the Pink Patch's claims for our liking, and lack of positive real user feedback is off putting. Unless a product has been scientifically proven to increase weight loss, you are best not wasting your money on faddy diet gimmicks.
