Adios Max Review
What's the difference between Adios and Adios Max?
Adios Max contains
the same ingredients as the original Adios, albeit in higher
concentrations. The main ingredient, Fucus has been increased from 45mg
to 120mg.Can Fucus help you lose weight?
Fucus, which is a species of seaweed, contains a very high amount of iodine. Studies have shown that people who have a deficiency of this natural chemical may not be producing enough of the hormone Thyroxin, which is thought to be responsible for regulating metabolism.
The theory is that Fucus will boost the metabolism, but is this only a theory?
Is there any evidence that Fucus works?
No. Fucus extract or Adios Max are not clinically proven to help you lose weight. Increasing iodine after a certain point does not stimulate metabolism, and nutritionists suggest that most people consume more than enough iodine in a normal healthy diet.
Are there any other ingredients in Adios Max which could help you lose weight?
Adios Max also contains dandelion root which performs as a diuretic. This forces the body to hold less water meaning you visit the toilet much more often. This ingredient is normally responsible for sudden weight loss which many will associate with fat loss. This is not really the case as any change on the scales will indeed be fluid loss.
The other ingredient which may make you think you're losing weight is boldo extract. This has a laxative effect and when coupled with dandelion root, will see you getting ever more familiar with your lavatory.
Adios Max side effects

Adios Max Verdict - Danielle Illsley (Sports & Nurtrition expert)

2/5
If you're looking purely for a very low cost diet pill then Adios Max might be an option. However there are far better alternatives which offer clinically proven results, and only cost a fraction more.
Our top recommendation would have to be Capsiplex, which like Adios contains 100% natural ingredients. However, Capsiplex is actually a clinically proven diet supplement which works to stimulate metabolism without acting directly on the thyroid gland - as is the case with Adios.
Capsiplex contains capsaicinoids - an extract taken from red hot chilli peppers which when taken can boost your metabolic rate by up to 12x and burn as many calories as a 25 minute jog.
